Hi,
I agree with Nigel Cross's points (though I have not looked at the
questions). In these kind of surveys distributed through email lists,
coverage and non-response errors tend to be very high (since it is not a
non-probability sample), and there is a lot of self sampling selection bias
(there are typically huge differences between those who choose to answer
and those who do not).
Furthermore, even if the sampling was right (which is not), around 200
respondents will yield a very large sampling error. If the target is the
international design community, a much larger sample is needed.
