Hello Graham.
We have a local Cree population with a high prevalence of analbuminemia, likely due to a founder effect.
Twelve patients were recently reviewed: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3380755/
There was a nice review of the two initial patients with analbuminemia that includes plasma levels of many proteins ( probably including AFP).
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8621984
Most of the plasma proteins had slightly elevated levels in the analbuminemic patients( +15% to +20%) compared to control patients.
There is a good list of references & cases on the Albumin website that may be useful to you.
