Vacancy: NHS England, Cancer Alliance Data, Evidence and Analysis Service (CADEAS) Analyst(s)
Location: Various sites across England
Closing date: 21st January 2018
The Cancer Alliance Data, Evidence and Analysis Service (CADEAS) has vacancies for up to ten Analysts (AfC Band 7). CADEAS is a new service set up, as part of the National Cancer Programme, to support Cancer Alliances and the National Cancer Vanguard to drive local implementation of the Independent Cancer Taskforce’s recommendations. The service will be delivered as a strategic partnership between NHS England and Public Health England (PHE).
The posts offer excellent opportunities to support a team of Lead and Senior Analysts in shaping a new service, and using strategic analysis and evidence to drive transformation. Partnership working will be crucial to the roles working closely with Alliances and the National Cancer Vanguard as well as different analysts across the system to ensure alignment of work and priorities. The roles are designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
We are seeking candidates across three functional areas: evidence and evaluation; analysis; data.
