Dear experts,
I am using ICA AROMA on an task related data set. After AROMA I run GLM with SPM and in some cases the co-registration/normalization resulted completely wrong. I did not incurred this problem without using AROMA. I run pre-processing with FEAT. Manual says: " ..registration to the MNI152 template." I think I should use the T1 of the subject and prepare it correcting the alignment (with robust) and removing non brain tissues (with BET). Do you think this can cause errors? What else could cause the fail in co-registration/normalization after ICA AROMA?
Best wishes,
