Hello,
If you want to create design.mat/con files usable by our stats programs, then Text2Vest can take a plain text file matrix and add the information our software needs ( If you have multiple text files with different covariates, you can use the unix function paste to create a single text matrix ). However if you want to create an fsf file used to run a whole FEAT analysis, this must be done with the GUI.
