Dear Mohit,
it is not entirely clear to me what you've been trying but if you have a
set of complete job files, you can select them jointly in File > Load
Batch from the batch interface such that they will concatenated and
ready for execution; or you can write a simple for loop calling
spm_jobman('run', 'batch_xxx.m') at each iteration.
If you have a template batch that you want to reuse for a set of
subjects, you can also be interested in the module:
BasicIO > Run Batch Jobs
Best regards,
Guillaume.

I have prepared the batch scripts with all the dependencies and input data and output destination for each subject but I'm not able to load and run them as single job. I tried putting all the data and dependencies in single batch but I got some error in matlab related to print recursion.
