Hi Richard.
Is this via a 2CQR kiosk or via a workstation?

Subject: RFID pads and Millennium
Hi
One of our sites recently installed RFID and is issuing/return books with a pad. The details are registering correcly on Millennium, but each time a transaction is processed the client window resizes itself to about one-third of the screen. It's annoying for staff having to maximise the window each time.
The RFID reader is by 2cqr:
RFID Reader MK4 USB
Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM4)
2CQR say it's a Innovative issue, but III say they've never had this reported by any other site using 2CQR before.
I think it could be a driver issue with the scanner, but if anyone else has experienced this I would appreciate advice.
Many thanks
Richard
