Subject: A2C error
Hi,
We submitted our AL entry files successfully yesterday, with the exception of the OCR one. This is because there was an error showing in the Outbox under the Status column saying 'Unregistered Centre'. I spoke to OCR and there's no problem with us as a centre and I've also checked that we have the correct board and series codes on the reference data.
I've logged a call with Tribal, but am just wondering if anyone has had a similar error.
