I'm also interested in this area. My experience is in 'traditional' health and financial outcome measures (in the UK NHS), but I'm now looking to broaden my research to include more 'fuzzy' measures of wellbeing and social value that come from health and community interventions. (Apart from the standard survey measures of quality of life.) I've heard about 'social return on investment', but some additional steerage would be welcome.
