Looks as if your user profile .xml got trampled. Try moving
/home/sergio/.ccpn/data/ccpnmr/AnalysisProfile/defaultProject+defaultProject_sergio_2014-10-08-21-43-32-272_00002.xml
to some other name (stick a .safe on the end for example) and then restarting analysis.

Subject: CCPNMR Analysis New Project Bug
Hi all,
I am a new user of the analysis software, I am planning to move from Sparky but so far have been impossible to start with the task.
I am trying to create a new project with my spectra but I always get this message pop up:
Project invalid, please quit, fix and re-start: SyntaxError: no element found: line 9, column 15
In the command line I get:
>>> Error loading file for: <ccpnmr.AnalysisProfile.AnalysisProfile ['defaultProject']>
Reading: <open file '/home/sergio/.ccpn/data/ccpnmr/AnalysisProfile/defaultProject+defaultProject_sergio_2014-10-08-21-43-32-272_00002.xml', mode 'r' at 0x97859c0>
Last xml tag read: None
Parser state was: reading
Current object was: []
How can I deal with this problem?
Thank's for your help!
