Hi,
I'm currently reviewing my Library Service's performance indicators and would like to ask other authorities about the indicators that they use to measure the impact and performance of their service? Obviously we use the traditional measures - issues, members, visits, pc usage, enquiries, activities etc but have any library authorities moved away from these? Have you found an indicator (even on a local level) which truly demonstrates the impact of your service?
