There is an Australia/New Zealand comedian—John Clark— who while commenting on one of his friends said that:
"–he was so bloody useless he wouldn't get a job as a speed hump."
Why is it, I wonder, when I hear some people telling us how embedded we are in a social network, they seem to do so from an authoritative position?
