Hi Jennifer
We got a call from Cambridge last week checking on exam dates and were told that the Home Office would be visiting - fortunately we'd moved some dates and they couldn't come but we have upcoming exams where they will visit.
I asked Cambridge what thy will look at and they said it will be similar to one of their own inspections - I'm going to check what their actual remit is as they are a third party.
I expect they will watch test day photo and voice recording capture and may wish to access your encrypted voice files.
Good luck tomorrow.
Regards
Lorna

Hi all
Sorry to go back to inspections but we have just received notification that we are having a Home Office inspection tomorrow for our ESOL Skills for Life exams. Anyone out there had the HO in?

Subject: Inspections
Hi,
We were inspected by Cambridge this morning and by JCQ this afternoon. Feels like I’m being persecuted.
The JCQ one was a pussy cat compared to Cambridge!
