Dear Mirella
In respect to matters that puts it:
You can write in English or in Portuguese. Both are official languages of the congress.
The congress will be held in Leiria, a small town 100 kms north of Lisbon
The last question is better to send email to the Congress ([log in to unmask]) or to Carminda Silvestre ([log in to unmask]) of the the organizing committee
Best regards
