Hi Lubomir,
I would love to send you a free copy of the paper, and a year or so ago I would have done so. But times have changed. CRI can no longer subsidise its publications out of other income and publications have to pay their way like any of our Member services.
CRI is a not for profit Membership organisation and it does not receive any government or industry grants to support its program of research, advice, and critical review. This has been our policy since the mid 1980s when our then Minister of Education declared that all government funded research "…had to be in the national interest."
As some of what CRI does, particularly in the area of critical research, could be described by some as 'not in the national interest', CRI decided to cut the umbilical (or dyalasis, depending on which metaphor you prefer) and become independent. I suspect you, Lubomir, will understand some of the deeper reasons for this.
Up till the GFC, CRI had a steady stream of revenue from Member Projects. That is no longer the case. Hence CRI publications policy changed. CRI still provides Members and Fellows with substantial discounts for purchasing publications. For example, students receive 50% discount on selected publications.
We have made the price of our publications as cheap as we can, yet still cover our publication costs.
If you would like to join us, support our work, and receive our Members' discount you can do so here.

Warm Regards,
David
