If you go into Millennium acquisitions and click on Funds, there is a display of the funds with various columns, such as Appropriation, Expenditure, Encumbrance, Free Balance, Cash balance.
Does anyone know of a way to export the information so that we can load it into Excel? Our finance person said he used to know of a sneaky way to do it which stopped working some years ago, but he thought he would ask me which I was fixing something else.....
I cannot see any obvious way of doing this, which seems bizarre. But I am really very unfamiliar with this part of Millennium.
