Hello everybody! Although I think Menna already has this 2007 article
on Neolithic pressed grapes from northern Greece, I am attaching the
paper since the issue of pressed grapes has arisen. There is also a
paper by Caroline Cartright in Antiquity, on charring experiments she
carried out on whole grapes and raisins and a similar study, in Greek
my my late colleague Maria Mangafa. Will check out the full refs and
get back to Menna. Thanks Mordechai for sharing this reference with
us, very useful to know.
