Hi. Does anyone have anything on how estimates of treatment effects can change over time. In particular I'm looking for where there is a strong negative trend, with the relative risk reduction starting out very high but dropping as information from successive trials becomes available. Or the opposite. If you could point me to any recent publication on this I would be grateful. In particular a summary of cumulative meta-analyses across different interventions.
Many thanks Catherine
