I am looking for a Lab to do one FOB test (immunochemical preferred). It is to help differentiate Fe malabsorption from Fe losses as a possible cause of persistent Fe-deficiency anaemia in a 2 year old. It responds to Fe therapy, but relapses if this is stopped. Faecal parasites not detected.
I would be pleased to hear from anyone who can help with this.
many thanks
Angela
