Dear Colleagues
Are you involved in delivering information literacy? Would you like the
chance to experience different types of delivery, hear about new methods of
engagement, learn how to measure impact and take away some fresh ideas to
reinvigorate your own sessions?
Then come back to the classroom with us at this year’s CoLRiC events in
Newcastle on Friday 7th June and Northampton on Friday 21st June.
In response to feedback from last year’s roadshows, these longer events
(10.00 am – 3.30 pm) will allow plenty of time for networking. Cost,
including lunch, only £65 for members, £90 for non-members.
We will also be launching the new ‘Best Practice Awards’ which aim to give
all Library/Learning Resources Services the chance to shine amongst their
peers, celebrating the many innovative practices out there that are making a
difference to the lives of students.
Further details and a booking form are available on the CoLRiC website at:
http://www.colric.org.uk/events.php.
CoLRiC is an independent organisation working with library and learning
resources centre managers in further education and sixth form colleges to
enhance and maintain excellence in their services.
Please contact me if you have any queries.
Best wishes
Sue
