Hi Chris,
I've just had a reply from Alessandro De Salvo - it's apparently all
automated so works as Alessandra said: every 24 hours validation jobs
check the nodes and if they run on an EMI node they will setup the site
as appropriate. Consequently, by tomorrow Bham should be all fixed up -
I'll let you know if it doesn't turn out like that :)
