Hi
This is my first time using A2C and I've sent the files but it is saying
no connection - is this at their end or mine? Slight panic!
Thanks
Lynne

Dear Megan
That is normal, but if you look under Logs and Sent Files, you will find
the sent files.
Kind regards

Dear All
Apologies for probably being dense! But can someone tell me why the
entry files I have just sent show up in 'pending' on the A2C application
rather than 'received'? A message in the A2C 'Outbox' says "queued for
sending" and "files awaiting transfer".
Is this OK??!! Many thanks for your advice...
