It doesn't bother me -- but these filenames are metadata elements and in future (depending on how your site is archived) they may be publicly searchable. In which case, it's more likely that searchers will use the character string <Camaino>.

I wouldn't. Her status as a Beata has yet to receive papal confirmation and seems not widely known outside the Franciscan community (where she's so entered under 28. July in the Franciscan Martyrology). By way of analogy, you are not so indexing Bl. Charlemagne (whose canonization by the antipope Paschal III, though it has left traces in medieval art, is no longer widely recognized and whose cult as a Beatus is recognized by Rome for just a few locales).
