Hello Maria
My name is Leonardo Pereira, i'm a portuguese graphic designer and
researcher in the filed of interface design for older people. I just read
your email regarding the iliteracy glitch you found in smartphone users.
That´s very interesting. But tell me what kind of specific dificulties have
you detected on them? Has it anything to do with the interface? Or is it
only related with the way they use smartphones?
I am conducting my PHD research regarding IPTV interface Design for older
people. And tipically older people find it very hard to interact and to use
digital interfaces. But that is normal so to speak. But people ranging from
30 to 50? That is totally new for me.
Can you tell me something more about your findings?
My best regards
Leonardo Pereira
