In the first paragraph of that earlier post's notice of this saint, for 'Sirmium (Beograd)' please read 'Sirmium (Sremska Mitrovica)'.
At Bela Palanka (anciently Remesiana) archaeological excavation west of the castrum has revealed the remains of a three-nave basilican church dated to the sixth century. Here's a partial view:
