Has anyone got any experience of using Service Desk software (commercial or open-source) for their library enquiries? Also, does any one share the software with other departments in the university?
I'd be glad of any feedback on different products. We are looking at implementing a new product here at Aberystwyth and it's proving difficult to differentiate between the huge amount of suppliers out there.
