Absolutely. It's from Psalm 118, which is appointed for every vespers during Lent and many Matins services in Byzantine practice. Furthermore, it appears in the stichera for Pascha (used actually throughout the 40 days of Pascha, not just on Pascha itself) http://www.orthodox.net/pascha/let-god-arise-dblsided-2perside.pdf I don't know the date of the composition of this, but the Pentecostarion took its present form between the 9th and 13th centuries.
I am not familiar with the Latin practices for Pascha, but I would guess that there must have been something roughly parallel.
