Hi all
Many thanks to those who replied to my query about social network tools.
Most people said they use Hootsuite or Tweetdeck but no-one seems to do
what I want to do which is have several people logged into the Library
account at the same time in either one of these. Some people said they
used Twitter on the web which ofcourse does allow multiple users on the
same account but I need to use something that shows streams, searches,
mentions etc on the one screen and allows scheduling of tweets so that we
avoid the spamming effect of multiple tweets at same time.
Anyway, I think I've sussed out that this may not work without us paying
mega bucks to Hootsuite so we maybe need to rethink. One colleague
mentioned tweeting on a rota so that only one person is logged onto the
account at any one time and this is something I could think about.
Meanwhile, we'll use Twitter on web.
Thanks again for all your help.
Elaine
