Indeed. Adding a comment and assigning to TPM would also work but it seems wrong when it has already been assigned to the correct country. We should try to stay within the UK.

+1 'in progress' should be used by the site to acknowledge that
they've seen the ticket.
You could ask GGUS for an 'incorrect assigned ticket' feature.
