to be honest i would get in touch with the epilepsy and seek advice
they will work with you given the equality act and you can discuss
anonymously with them in confidence the issues around symptoms - if
he is having seizures of this nature and often then control sounds poor

for Serco whom i work with did work with Epilepsy Scotland and what
he has done is accessible
