Hi Deb and zooarch,
The Ancient Monuments Lab became part of English Heritage, which as since been reorganised periodically. Any research reports attributed to the Ancient Monuments Lab (AML), the Centre for Archaeology (CfA) or Research Department Report Series (RDRS), are now known as English Heritage Research Department Reports and can be searched from the link http://research.english-heritage.org.uk/ I circulated this link to this a few weeks ago, apologies to all for circulating it again now, but I thought it worth mentioning the various report series that it encompasses. From next year the report series is again being renamed, I believe that it will simply be the Research Report Series (RRS).
I've just been over to our library and can't find Harcourt 1972 'the dogs from Godmanchester'. It is also not listed in the database (follow the link and search for '*dog' in the title or 'Harcourt' as author). I looked through all the reports in the series for 1971-3, and there is one by Harcourt on the dog bones from Portchester Castle dated 1973 (AML report 1570). Could you check the reference and get back to me, if we have a copy of the report that you need I can arrange for a pdf.
Best wishes
Fay

Dear All -- Does anyone have a copy of Haag's 1948 study on North American dog skulls that you would be willing to share with me?
The full reference: Haag, W.G. 1948. A Osteometric Analysis of Some Aboriginal Dogs. The University of Kentucky Department of Anthroplogy, Reports in Anthropology 7(3): 107-264
I also need:
Harcourt, R.A. 1972. The dogs from Godmanchester. Report on file at the Dept. of Ancient Monuments Laboratory.
Thanks to anyone who can help out -- these items are not available through my local Univ. library. Gratefully -- Deb Bennett
