Subject: Sun toxicity
A 10-year-old boy complains of rash, swelling and pain on face and hands on exposure to sun, the skin then dries and peels off. He has been using sunblock products without getting much relief. His symptoms started since he was a baby, however the problem became more severe two years ago, as he gets swelling of the tip of the nose, the upper lip and back of his hands if exposed to the sun for more than one hour. It takes two weeks for the lesions to subside leaving scaly eczematous areas. The mother trawl the internet for an answer and found a probable diagnosis of her son's condition that was subsequently confirmed confirmed by the dermatologist.
Can you guess what is it?
Regards
Mohammad
