Not as detailed as Beverley's presentation but there are some slides in
Bangor's presentation at IUG 2009 (IUG login and password required)
called "Why do it yourself? : Streamlining the acquisitions process"
http://conferences.innovativeusers.org/index.php/IUG2009/IUG2009/director/downloadFile/248/349
plus some supplementary information
http://conferences.innovativeusers.org/index.php/IUG2009/IUG2009/director/downloadFile/248/369
covering the transfer of financial data from Millennium to the
University's finance system.
Slide #55 shows a sample output file from Millennium. Someone in your
organisation will have to convert this file into a format which can be
fed into your finance system.
You will also need a mapping table for the fund codes (unless you are
using the same codes on the two systems) as shown on slides 47 & 48, and
the vendor codes (on slide 49 as ALTCODE).
