I have been asked to identify a POCT testing kit to be used in a study. It needs to detect opiates/methadone/buprenorphine/benzodiazepines. I guess buprenomorphine may be an issue. Have any laboratories that support POCT testing got any suggestions for a robust and reliable method to be used in the community. The limitations of these devices for opiate testing are understood by the study authors. An experienced opinion would be helpful to the mail base or my university email. Thank you. Paul
