Hello,
Thanks very much to everyone who replied to my message last week asking for feedback on Better World Books. I got a very good response & lots of positive answers to my questions. I have used a lot of the comments I got to support a proposal to use BWB here & I'm waiting for a decision on that. Given that so many other libraries are using them & have had very good experiences, I think the outcome is in the bag!
Thanks again for taking the time to reply to me.
Mike

Subject: Better World Books
Hello,
We are considering using Better World Books as a way of disposing of our old book stock. I have been asked to find out if they provide a good, reliable service or not.
* Have items been collected promptly as arranged?
* Have there been any problems or delays in being paid for books?
* Have there been any problems with the books you have sent them?
* Has using BWB been as good as you had expected?
I would particularly like to hear from any libraries that have used them several times or over several years.
Please reply to me direct at: [log in to unmask]
Thanks. Mike
