medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
John having answered the first part of this question, I'm curious about the
implications of Marjorie's report, which imply
1) that the statue has been changed, and
2) that torch and laurel wreath imply a connection with the spirituals and/or Martin Luther.
Does anyone have thoughts on this?
