Hi,
I am trying to analyse 4D fMRI data, but it crashes at the Realign&Unwarp stage.
I get the following error message:

Running 'Realign & Unwarp'
Failed 'Realign & Unwarp'

I am using:
Windows XP, Service Pack 3, 32-bit
Intel Core2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00 GHz
4 GB of RAM
Alternatively, is there a way in SPM to split the 4D volume into its constituent scans? I know there is fslsplit, but that requires me to transfer the 4D files to a virtual unix machine, run fslsplit, and then transfer the files back to Windows...
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Tobias
