I'd suggest checking the voxel sizes of your images to make sure they
are correct.
As for the " Cant map view of file. It may be locked by another
program." error, this may be because of a previous SPM crash, which
has prevented the memory mapping of an image from being undone. I
don't know much about Windows, but it seems to be a bit fussy about
when it can and can not access files via memory mapping.
