Hi Stephanie,
As far as I know currently Slough Libraries does not stock Blu-ray. I was discussing it with a colleague and the feeling seemed to be that Blu-ray uptake is by no means universal, and those that have it can play ordinary DVDs so in a bid to reach as many customers as possible with stock it seemed sensible to focus on the standard medium. It is by no means guaranteed that everyone will take up Blu-ray but if they do in the future it might be worth transferring or getting.
best wishes

At present we do not stock blu-ray dvds but are reviewing our position on this. We are wondering what the take-up has been for this format, how well do they issue , do they pay for themselves etc. What would be your advice be to us?Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards
