No. Although the dedication of Westminster Abbey might explain
Berhtwald's vision.
Ancient dedications tend to be to St Peter, or to St Peter and St Paul.
My own explanation is that it is because the cathedral in London (the
Eastminster?)is dedicated to St Paul - but nobody agrees with me.
BTW, to say that Berhtwald was "the last bishop of this place before the
diocese came under the control of Old Sarum" is hopelessly inaccurate or
misleading.
