Dear All,
I received the following query and would be hugely grateful for any advice:
"One of my patients has turbid plasma.
He is having plasmapheresis.
His fibrinogen has risen following plasmapheresis.
The suggestion has been made that his plasma turbidity might be plasma protein aggregation.
Would one of your team be able to talk to me about options to account for plasma turbidity and specifically testing for protein aggregation?"
