Hello,
The first time that a higher analysis is applied in FEAT, you get maps
representing the sum of the input masks, and a map of unique missing
voxels (under the "Registration summary" of the report). This is very
helpful in understanding which parts of the brain were NOT masked out by
previous processing (e.g. due to motion, or incomplete spatial
coverage). Is there a script or flag that can be set to produce similar
maps for FURTHER higher level analyses? (e.g., in our case, Lev 2
combines across runs within a session, and Lev 3 is the across session
analysis).
Getting the sum of the input masks would just entail adding up the masks
from the immediately preceding lower level, but mapping of unique
missing voxels is slightly more involved, so I'm wondering if a script
exists for it somewhere...?
thanks,
-MH
