I am working in partnership with a group of people with learning difficulties to increase awareness of library services. We have carried out some mystery shopping and customer feedback and are beginning work on a guide to make using the library as straightforward as possible.
I’m very interested to find out if anyone else has done similar work or has produced guides or information.
