First part of the two-part introductory biostatistics course begins online
August 6. Each is spread over 4 weeks. This course covers topics such as
sensitivity/specificity and predictivities, ROC curve, elementary clinical
trial designs, odds ratio and relative risk, confidence intervals,
statistical vs. medical significance, statistical tests and introduction to
survival analysis. Details of the first part and course fee are available

with homework exercises and discussion board format. Those interested may
