Dear Colleagues
You may have read the short item on MAPS in the latest ACB news.
Attached are two documents, one gives some more information about MAPS, the other is a copy of the programme for the consensus meeting in September.
The document with proposed MAPS for cholesterol, HDL-C, HbA1c, Glucose and creatinine will be out for comment from the end of next week.
MAPS will have implications for all laboratories with regard to how performance criteria in EQA schemes are applied in the UK, and we would encourage as many as possible to participate in this
Please feel free to forward the attachments to colleagues who may not receive this email.
