Hi Fil, Peter, Jeremy and all,
I do agree with Peter. This seems to be a conference without a program
committee, without any academic leadership. The advisory board is not
involved int he conference or even in reviewing (my guess).
Fil states that we do not just need highly academic rigorous journals
but maybe other forms as well. Of course, I fully agree with that, but
what I don't like about this conference is that it pretends to be a
"normal" academic conference and journal. The web site never really
makes clear who is behind it, what the process is, what the purpose
is, at least not in a way that makes it obvious that it is not a
scientific conference and journal that conforms with normal academic
standards.
Best
