Martii tomus II, Aprilis tomus II, and Novembris tomi I-III are also absent from Gallica. On the page linked to above, the entries for them are not hotlinks.
For December, the only volume published was the _Propylaeum ad acta sanctorum Decembris_ (containing Delehaye's edition of the RM), published in 1940.
