"forwarded . . ." once more, via 'MAPS-L', from originating list
'Carto-soc.' (?), is a map of central London - possibly useful to know
in advance of which geographical area before finding out one is not
interested (although the *technique* could still be informative!).
Agents/distributors - including Stanfords - of the map are named.
