The wording is "Built: 9th century" and on these Structurae pages "Built" is used conventionally (if often somewhat misleadingly) to indicate the date of initial construction. Since the page in question relies on a 1988 publication from the Ministère de la Culture and since the on-line fiches of Patrimoine de France often have content that is considerably older than that, the possibility exists that the Structurae page's omission of the question mark derives from a more recent understanding of the predecessor's date. But I don't intend to take the time to find out.
Best again,
