Hi
Technically, this is not about TCs. It's a 1 hour interview with Mark Gilman in front of a studio audience on In Excess TV:
http://www.inexcess.tv/?p=4935&v=1
Gilman (who was formerly at Lifeline Project with me) talks candidly about his work in developing recovery communities and the use of recovery advocates based upon the work of Bill White and George De Leon. He argues the case for radical change in current treatment approaches and notes the institutional and political barriers to self-help recovery.
In Excess TV itself is worth exploring. As I understand it, it is an internet-based TV channel started by people in recovery to provide a forum for discussion of the issues. It actually looks really professional.
